Book It!

It's time for YOU to take some time out for YOU! It's time to stop putting yourself at the every end of your priority list. Taking some time out for yourself is not SELFISH! It's actually beneficial to your body, mind, and soul. Recently, I started reading for one hour a day and I found that it relaxes me. Sometimes I crack up after reading a sentence or I've just read something so profound I want to share it with the world. Either way, reading for an hour each day is truly good for the soul. Here's a stack of books I took off my night stand that I can't wait to finish.

Also, if reading novels/books isn't your thing try magazines or even audio books. listen to them while I workout at the gym so I'm working out my body and brain!💪📚
